Finn's Lunch - Turkey meatballs

This is Finn's school lunch today.  I made 2 lots,  so he will be able to sell one and make some pocket money.

I know this looks like the pork balls and it is just about the same but it is made with minced turkey instead.

I used about 300g of minced turkey.  It was on special at 'Countdown'.
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons of finely chopped water chestnuts
1 clove of garlic (grated on the plane)
1/2 tsp of maldon salt
1 egg
Mix all the ingredients together and form into balls.
Coat with cornflour.  These are quite sticky and fall apart more than pork mince does.

Shallow fry the same way I did for the pork balls using the wok.
It only takes a few minutes.

Steam up some broccoli and serve with sticky rice and the usual sweet soy sauce.
Add a few sprinkles of toasted sesame seeds and some '7 peppers' pepper and some sliced spring onions.
